Maritime Float & Wellness also reminds you that massage therapy is intended to maintain and improve general health by increasing circulation, reducing stress and promoting relaxation. In order to minimize any health risks, you will be asked to provide all known medical information and will inform the therapist of any new medical information you acquire as long as you are under Maritime Float & Wellness massage treatment. You also acknowledge that manual therapy is not substitute for medical treatment and that the massage therapist cannot diagnose or prescribe any medical conditions.
During classes, workshops and or events you may be filmed or photographed and may appear in promotion and publicity for Maritime Float & Wellness. It is your responsibility to inform us prior to attending the event, class or workshop if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed.
Maritime Float & Wellness does not provide services to any person under 16 years of age without having received written consent from such person's legal guardian.
Float Therapy for Children:
Children ages 5 - 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the float room at all times.
Children 10 - 15 must have a parent remain at Maritime Float & Wellness but parent does not have to be in the float room.
Return / Refund Policy
*Cancellations of Treatments and Services must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time or will be charged the full price of the Treatment Service and not be refunded.
You will be asked to pay your account in full before being able to make another appointment.
*All sales of Classes / Events Tickets are final and non refundable.
*Payment for all Classes/Events must be received to guarantee your spot.
*All purchased Sessions, Services and Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year and expire 12 months after the purchase date
*Our "Relax", "Restore" and "Revitalize" membership services are a three month commitment. Our "Relax II" membership is a six month commitment. All of our memberships are auto-renew and only end with a written request from members themselves. The request must be provided within 10 business days before the end of the month. All membership services expire 6 months after purchase/auto payment.
